Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Solmeera account and the personal data tied to it.
The fastest way: in-app
If you still have the app installed, sign in and go to Settings → Delete account. You'll be asked to type "DELETE" to confirm. Your account and personal data are removed immediately.
If you've deleted the app
Use the form below. We'll email you to confirm the request, then complete the deletion.
What gets deleted: your profile, photos, messages, matches, swipe history, blocks, push tokens, prompts, phone-verification details, and consent history. AI-usage and feedback-event records linked to your profile cascade-delete with it. Aggregated, non-identifying logs and platform records (for example, Apple/Google billing receipts and Supabase platform logs) are retained per applicable law and platform terms.
What is kept, and for how long: a record that an account was banned for safety violations may be retained; evidence of apparent child sexual abuse material is preserved for one year, as federal law requires; and a minimal record that your deletion was carried out is kept for two years, then removed. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy, Section 7.
What we cannot do for you:
- We cannot cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop billing, manage the subscription in Settings → Apple ID (iOS) or Play Store → Subscriptions (Android) before or after submitting this form.
- We cannot remove copies of messages or content already received and saved by another user on their device.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You don't have to delete your Solmeera account to remove specific data. In the app you can delete individual photos (removed from storage immediately, including all generated sizes), clear your faith path, and edit or clear your bio and prompt answers. For anything else — or to exercise a deletion right under your state's privacy law — email privacy@solmeera.com from the email address on the account and tell us what you'd like removed. We respond within the timeframe your state's law requires.
