Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Solmeera account and the personal data tied to it.

The fastest way: in-app

If you still have the app installed, sign in and go to Settings → Delete account. You'll be asked to type "DELETE" to confirm. Your account and personal data are removed immediately.

If you've deleted the app

Use the form below. We'll email you to confirm the request, then complete the deletion.

What gets deleted: your profile, photos, messages, matches, swipe history, blocks, push tokens, prompts, and consent history. AI-usage and feedback-event records linked to your profile cascade-delete with it. Aggregated, non-identifying logs and platform records (for example, Apple/Google billing receipts and Supabase platform logs) are retained per applicable law and platform terms.

What we cannot do for you:

• We cannot cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop billing, manage the subscription in Settings → Apple ID (iOS) or Play Store → Subscriptions (Android) before or after submitting this form.
• We cannot remove copies of messages or content already received and saved by another user on their device.
